These terms govern your use of Sentria Social ("the Service"), a subscription web application for drafting, scheduling and publishing your own content to the Threads, Instagram and TikTok accounts you connect. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.

Ringkasan (Bahasa Indonesia): Dengan memakai layanan ini Anda setuju: hanya menghubungkan akun milik Anda sendiri, bertanggung jawab atas konten yang Anda publikasikan, mematuhi aturan Threads, Instagram dan TikTok, dan memahami bahwa layanan disediakan apa adanya dengan langganan berbayar per periode.

1. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live.
Keep your password confidential; you are responsible for activity in your account.
Only connect social accounts that you own or are authorised to manage.

2. Your content

You own the content you create and publish through the Service, including drafts written with the AI assistant, and you are responsible for it.
You review content before it is published. On TikTok you choose the privacy level and interaction settings for every post yourself.
You must disclose commercial content (your own brand or paid partnerships) where the platform requires it.
Do not publish content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, hateful, or spam.

3. Platform rules

The Service uses the official APIs of Meta (Threads, Instagram) and TikTok. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms, including the TikTok Terms of Service, TikTok Community Guidelines, TikTok's Music Usage Confirmation and Branded Content Policy, and the Meta Terms and Community Standards. A platform may limit, hide or remove posts, or restrict an account, under its own rules; the Service has no control over that.

4. Subscription and payment

Plans are paid in advance per period and include an AI usage balance and a limit on connected accounts, as shown at checkout.
When a plan expires, publishing and scheduling stop until it is renewed; your data is kept.
Payments are processed by our payment provider. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.

5. Acceptable use

No attempts to bypass plan limits, access other users' data, or disrupt the Service.
No automated mass posting, fake engagement, or other use that breaks a platform's rules.

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee reach, views or results from published content, or uninterrupted availability: publishing depends on third-party platforms and their APIs. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the current subscription period.
